The White Company offer three types of delivery service for your convenience anywhere within the UK, which are as follows:

• The White Company Standard Delivery – This costs £4.95 and delivery is usually within 5 working days, Monday to Friday.
• The White Company Express 2 Day Delivery – This costs £7.95. This service will guarantee delivery within 2 working days for all orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday.
• The White Company Next Day Delivery – This costs £9.95. This service will guarantee delivery next day for all orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday. This service cannot be used for gift wrapped presents.

The White Company: Refunds and Returns Policy

The White Company will offer an exchange or at their discretion a refund If you are not happy with the products that you have chosen and you return them to The White Company within 3 months of receipt.

All products must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Items should be returned to their Northampton depot, details of which are on the back of the invoice and you should state whether you want an exchange or refund. You will have to pay for postage and The White Company recommend that you get proof of postage.
