Nappy Head was established in 2002, introducing a range of baby clothes and Kidswear with an edge, using cool slogans on the front of a wide range of t-shirts, romper suits, tracksuit tops, baby gros and baby bandanas. Ordering Baby and Children's Clothes from Nappy Head: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Nappy Head deliver to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland, with all orders over £40 being delivered for free and orders under £40 charged at £2.50. Delivery is by first class recorded but as they print all items individually then expect delivery within 5 – 10 working days.

Nappy Head will also deliver overseas and delivery prices are based on an item basis. Details are provided on the Nappy Head web site.

Nappy Head: Refunds and Returns Policy

Nappy Head offer a no quibble returns policy within 14 days of the order. All items returned must be as new and unworn with all labels attached. The exception to this is any personalised, customised or own design clothing which can only be returned if the product is faulty.

To return your goods to Nappy Head then you need to contact them by e-mail, stating the reason for the return and then post the items back to Nappy Head. Nappy Head recommend that you get proof of postage as you are responsible for all items until Nappy Head receive them. Nappy Head will not refund postage costs. This also applies to exchanging any Nappy Headgoods.
