The Kids section of the web site has a babywear section which covers baby clothing from new born to 12 months and toddlers section for boys and girls which covers toddler clothing from 3 months to 5 years.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from M&S: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

M&S offer two delivery options for baby and toddler clothing within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery costs £3.50 per order with delivery within 4 – 7 working days. Standard delivery is not available in the Channel Islands.

M&S also offer a nominated day delivery option for baby and toddler clothing at £4.95 with delivery within 24 hours if the order is placed before 12 noon. However this delivery option has some exceptions such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isle of Scilly. Check the Marks & Spencer website for excluded postcodes.

For M&S orders with several items they may be delivered in separate parcels within the delivery time period.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from M&S: Refunds and Returns Policy

M&S will refund or exchange your goods within 90 days of receipt of your goods for any baby clthing and toddler clothing as long as you include Parcel Summary document, and the clothes are unused, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

To get your refund or exchange you can take the item to any main Marks & Spencer store in the UK or return by Royal Mail using the Return Postage Paid label that comes with your order.
