The Kids Window offers two delivery options. Standard delivery usually takes 2 – 3 working days and starts from £3.99 for addresses in England, Wales and most parts of Scotland. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly the charge will be higher than £3.99.

There is also a priority delivery service available for some items with delivery the next day. Charges start from £5.99 to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from the Kids Window: Refunds and Returns Policy

If you find a fault with the item ordered then you can return it to The Kids Window for an exchange or full refund, if you return the item within14 days of receipt. If that was the only item ordered then you will also receive the delivery charge back if you request a refund.

You can also return an item for refund within 14 days of receipt if the item is unused, all the labels are intact and you send the item back in its original packing. You will need to state the reason for return.
