Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from Kiddicare: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Kiddicare have two main delivery charges:

· free delivery for all orders over £50

· £5.99 delivery charge for all orders under £50

Delivery of orders can take between one to three days depending when you ordered. For example, if you order Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning or Thursday morning then delivery is usually next day, but if you order on Friday afternoon then delivery is usually on Tuesday.

If you are not in on the delivery day then they will attempt to deliver the order the next working day or ask you to call them to rearrange delivery. If you are not in a second time then you will need to collect your order from the nearest delivery distribution centre.

Orders to the Scottish Islands, other UK offshore islands and Northern Ireland will cost £24.95 whatever the order value is and will take up to 6 working days for delivery.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a text message to your mobile. You can then track your order online via your account on kiddicare.com.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from Kiddicare: Refunds and Returns Policy

If your order is damaged on arrival and there is some visible damage on receipt of your order then when signing for delivery, make a note on the delivery receipt.

Contact Kiddicare.com to say that your order is damaged and they will arrange for the order to be collected and will send out a replacement free of charge.

If there are any other reasons for returning an order to Kiddicare then you need to get an RMA returns number from Kiddicare, which you can do online from their ordering section and then follow the instructions for sending the items back.
