Where to Buy Baby and Toddler Clothes – John Lewis

John Lewis are renowned for their nursery department and this is extended online with their range of baby clothes and toddler clothes from their own brand and from Emile et Rose.

Their range of clothing includes bodysuits, sleepsuits and even a range for traditional christenings.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Delivery times are between 9am and 6pm. There are three delivery options available when ordering baby and childrens clothing:

· Standard and Specialist Delivery – This will usually take 5 working days for delivery. Some items may take longer and this will be shown against the item. If the items shows delivery within 14 days, then you will be contacted to discuss delivery dates. Orders over £150 will be delivered for free, otherwise standard delivery costs £3.95.

· Next Working Day Delivery – If you place your order before 3pm on a working day then your order can be delivered the following day, except there are no deliveries at weekends and on public holidays. This service will cost £6.95.

· Named Day Delivery – You can also choose the delivery date from a list when placing your order on the site. Delivery days do not include weekends and publich holidays. This service will cost £6.95.

The products in one order may be sent from different locations so they may arrive separately, but no extra charge will be made.

If you order items which have 5 and 14 day quoted dispatch times, the order will be brought together so that everything will arrive in one package within 14 days.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes: Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns must be made within 28 days with the item in its original undamaged packaging. Software cannot be returned if the seal has been. A refund will be made for any item that is returned in a re-saleable condition. However, hey reserve the right to deduct up to 20% from the refunded amount if the item is not in re-saleable condition.

Ordering Baby and Childrens Clothes: Other Points

• Normal delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed if you want delivery to a remote rural area
• Separate orders must be placed for each address if you want items to be sent to more than one address.
