Igloo Kids was set up by two mums in London looking to offer a great range of baby and children clothes that you would not be able to find in the main stores. Igloo Kids offer clothes for new born babies up to the age of eight years including kids clothes from brands such as Petit Bateau, No Added Sugar, Bob & Blossom, Their Nibs and Mini-a-Ture.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from Igloo Kids: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Igloo Kids offer a standard delivery charge of £4.25 per order for delivery within the UK including Northern Ireland. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 days and so most orders will arrive within 7 working days although if an item is out of stock it may take up to 28 days. Delivery timescales may vary during busy periods especially Christmas.

Orders from Igloo Kids over £30 will have to be signed for.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from Igloo Kids: Refunds and Returns Policy

Igloo Kids will refund or exchange goods in perfect condition which are returned within 14 days. You are responsible for returning goods until they reach Igloo Kids so Igloo Kids recommend you get a proof of postage certificate. Igloo Kids will not refund the postage costs.
