Boden launched in 1991 and in 1996 introduced their baby clothes and childrens clothes range – Mini Boden. The Boden web site was launched in 1999 and they have a great range of fashionable and stylish clothes for babies and children.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from Boden: Shipping and Delivery Times/Postage and Packaging Costs

Delivery by Boden in the UK including the Channel islands and The Isle of Man usually takes 4 – 6 days although can take longer as they use a range of delivery agents. Depending on the offers at the time postage can be free or usually a flat rate of £10, you will need to check when placing the order.

Note that sometimes orders will take longer if they are out of stock but you will receive an e-mail confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

Ordering Baby and Children’s Clothes from Boden: Refunds and Returns Policy

Boden allow you up to 3 months to exchange or get a refund of goods as long as they are returned in unused condition. This does not apply to Boden Sale items which have to be returned within 7 days.

Cost of returns depend on the offers available on the Boden site – sometimes they will offer free returns, so the order will contain a free postage return label, otherwise postage will be at your own cost.

To return the item then you need to complete the form with the despatch note and send the package to Boden Central in Leicester. Proof of postage is recommended from the post office.
